Processing Time
We process all orders within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping within Malaysia:
- West Malaysia Shipping: RM 8 (Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days)
- East Malaysia Shipping: RM 15 (Estimated delivery in 5–8 business days)
For international shipping, rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that delivery times for international orders may vary.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by delays from postal services, couriers, or customs. These delays are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding.
Order Confirmation
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow up on your package directly with the courier service. If you don’t receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes based on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by BIGHEART. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
